Today we offer a full mould design and manufacturing facility, mould repair service, Precision machined components, Plastic moulding, Plastic Injection moulding, Technical Injection moulded components, Ultrasonic plastic welding horns, fixtures and we can now supply Welding systems from Rinco Ultrasonics of Switzerland.
Plastic Injection moulding from 25 tonne to 200 tonne using state of the art micro processor controlled equipment. Component assembly, Sub-Contract Ultrasonic Plastic Welding at 20KHz ,35KHz and 70KHz.
